AN ACT relating to education opportunity accounts.

This bill would repeal the Education Opportunity Account Program, removing it from Kentucky law entirely. The accompanying changes are technical updates to bring related tax and records statutes in line with that repeal. Who it may affect: families and organizations currently participating in or donating to the Education Opportunity Account Program, as well as students whose education expenses may be supported through it.
