AN ACT proposing to create a new section of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to Medicaid expansion.

This bill proposed adding a new section to Kentucky's Constitution that would permanently protect Medicaid expansion coverage. It would have gone before voters at a general election, allowing Kentuckians to decide whether to enshrine that coverage in the state constitution rather than leaving it subject to change by state government alone.
