Currently, students who earn a KEES scholarship and attend one of these academies may not be able to use that award there. The change would apply if each academy enters into the required agreements with the state's higher education assistance authority. Who it may affect: Kentucky high school students who earn KEES scholarships and choose to attend a federal military or service academy.
