AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Public Pensions Authority.

This bill would create a new Office of Financial Management inside the Kentucky Public Pensions Authority, the state agency that oversees public employee retirement systems. The change is intended to reorganize how the authority handles its financial operations. It would take effect July 1, 2025. Who it may affect: state and local government employees and retirees who are members of Kentucky's public pension systems.
