AN ACT relating to employers of the Teachers' Retirement System.

This bill adds WeLeadCS, a virtual computer science career academy for Kentucky high school students, to the list of employers that participate in the Teachers' Retirement System. This means employees of WeLeadCS would be eligible to participate in TRS, the pension system that covers Kentucky's public school educators. Who it may affect: employees of WeLeadCS and Kentucky high school students enrolled in its virtual computer science program.
