AN ACT relating to the compensation of coroners.

This bill would create a standardized pay schedule for county coroners across Kentucky, with salaries based on population size and years of service and adjusted over time with inflation. It would also classify all coroners as full-time employees regardless of hours worked and allow extra pay for completing training courses. The changes would take effect January 4, 2027.
