AN ACT relating to cigar bars.

This bill would allow cigar bars to operate without being subject to local government smoking restrictions that would otherwise apply to them. In exchange, cigar bars would be required to provide certain smoke-free spaces within their establishments. Who it may affect: cigar bar owners and operators, local governments with smoking ordinances, and patrons of cigar bars.
