AN ACT relating to planned communities.

This bill updates Kentucky law to make sure the rules governing planned communities apply to all planned communities without exception. It also makes any existing document that tries to opt out of or contradict these rules legally void. This means no planned community in Kentucky can claim it is exempt from the state's standard rules for how such communities are governed. Who it may affect: homeowners and residents living in planned communities, homeowners associations, and property developers.
