AN ACT relating to peace officers.

This bill would expand the definition of "police officer" under Kentucky's Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund to include special police officers employed by the Kentucky State Fair Board. That fund provides financial support to law enforcement agencies across the state, so this change would make State Fair Board special police officers eligible for benefits or funding under that program.
