AN ACT relating to peace officers.

This bill would expand the definition of "police officer" under the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund to include special police officers employed by the Kentucky State Fair Board. The Foundation Program Fund provides financial support to law enforcement agencies, so this change could make State Fair Board special police officers eligible for benefits or funding available through that program.
