Plain-language summary
This bill would require Kentucky's Medicaid and KCHIP programs to follow the same pharmacy reimbursement rules that already apply to private insurance in the state. It directs the state cabinet to seek any necessary federal approval to make that happen. Who it may affect: Kentuckians enrolled in Medicaid or KCHIP, and pharmacists and pharmacies that serve those patients.
