AN ACT relating to postsecondary funding.

This bill would change how state funding is distributed among Kentucky's public universities by removing a concept called "equilibrium" from the funding formula and requiring that university resources be allocated without any special weighting. It also adjusts how often a higher education working group must meet, changing it to every other year. These changes would affect how money flows between the state's public universities.
