AN ACT relating to benefits for Kentucky National Guard members.

This bill would create a new type of pay called "Commonwealth emergency response pay" for Kentucky National Guard members who are called into state active duty when the Governor declares an emergency. It establishes that these service members are entitled to receive this pay during those activations. Who it may affect: Kentucky National Guard members and their families.
