AN ACT relating to eggs.

This bill would allow small egg producers in Kentucky to sell directly to consumers without needing a state license, as long as they sell no more than 240 dozen eggs per week. It reduces a regulatory requirement for smaller-scale producers who sell straight to buyers rather than through stores or distributors.
