Amend KRS 186.162, relating to special motor vehicle license plates, to establish a Child Care Assistance Partnership special license plate, for which a portion of the initial and renewal fee is dedicated to the Child Care Assistance Partnership fund established in KRS 199.885; amend KRS 186.166 to require perpetual production of the plate.
