AN ACT relating to human growth and development instruction.

This bill would require Kentucky school districts to include human growth and development instruction in their health curricula, with the content needing to meet specific criteria set by the law. It gives parents the right to review the instructional materials beforehand and opt their child out of that portion of the curriculum. The bill may be cited as the Baby Olivia Act.
