AN ACT relating to the Health Access Nurturing Development Services Program.

This bill would update the HANDS Program, a home visiting program for families with newborns, to require it to provide educational information about maternal and postpartum depression. It also makes minor technical corrections to the existing law. Who it may affect: new and expectant mothers, and families participating in the HANDS Program.
