AN ACT relating to public health hygienists.

This bill would expand who qualifies to work as a public health hygienist in Kentucky by allowing dental hygienists who are associated with in-state colleges or universities to practice in that role. Currently, that pathway is not available to them under state law. The change could broaden access to public health dental services in the state.
