Plain-language summary
This bill, called the Time Taken Back Act, would change Kentucky law so that a parent can receive extra visitation or parenting time to make up for time that was wrongfully withheld. Specifically, it applies when a court finds that visitation was denied without good cause or was suspended based on an abuse or neglect allegation that turned out to be unsubstantiated. Who it may affect: parents involved in custody or visitation arrangements, and their children.
