AN ACT relating to the mental health of first responders.

This bill expands an existing mental health and wellness program for first responders to include rescue squad members, who were not previously eligible. It requires two state agencies to work together to make sure rescue squad members can actually access that support. The bill may be cited as Gavin's Rights. Who it may affect: rescue squad members and the communities they serve across Kentucky.
