AN ACT relating to members of the bar.

This bill sets rules around mandatory dues that lawyers licensed in Kentucky may be required to pay, establishing limits or conditions on what those compulsory fees can be used for. It also removes an existing law that placed full control of the state bar organization in the hands of the Kentucky Supreme Court. The changes affect how the bar association is governed and funded.
