AN ACT relating to the Geographic Information Advisory Council.

This bill changes how candidates are nominated to the Geographic Information Advisory Council, a state body that advises on geographic and mapping information systems. It reduces the number of candidates that the Kentucky League of Cities and Kentucky Association of Counties must submit to the Governor for appointment consideration, from six people down to three.
