AN ACT relating to pharmaceutical manufacturers.

This bill would update Kentucky law to expand the definition of "transaction" in pharmacy regulations to include pharmaceutical manufacturers. The change would bring manufacturers under rules that currently apply to other players in the drug supply chain.
