AN ACT relating to executive branch agencies.

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 11 to require an executive branch agency to perform any directive issued by the General Assembly by law or program created by an Act of the General Assembly; require the agency to perform the task or provide the service through their existing funds if the General Assembly does not provide additional funding or an appropriation.
