AN ACT relating to medicinal cannabis.

This bill would update Kentucky's existing medicinal cannabis law by adding new medical conditions to the list that qualify a patient to use medicinal cannabis. Kentuckians with those newly added conditions would become eligible to participate in the state's medicinal cannabis program. Who it may affect: Kentuckians living with medical conditions that are not currently covered under the existing qualifying conditions list, as well as their healthcare providers.
