AN ACT relating to children.

This bill strengthens consequences for students who physically attack school staff. It requires schools to expel any student who intentionally injures a school employee for at least 12 months, mandates that school staff report attempted assaults to law enforcement, and allows students 14 and older charged with felony-level assault on school personnel to be tried as adults.
