AN ACT relating to fishing in privately owned lakes and ponds.

This bill would allow Kentucky landowners to fish in lakes or ponds on their own property without needing a sport fishing license. It would also exempt those landowners and anyone else they authorize from certain rules about fishing limits and restrictions that normally apply to licensed anglers. Who it may affect: resident landowners with private lakes or ponds on their property, and guests or family members those landowners permit to fish there.
