AN ACT relating to prohibited uses of state tax dollars.

This bill would prohibit Kentucky state tax dollars from being used to compensate people the bill defines as illegal aliens. It directs the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security to help carry out and enforce the law. Who it may affect: state agencies and programs that receive Kentucky General Assembly appropriations, and individuals who are in the country without legal immigration status.
