AN ACT relating to evaluations of certified educators.

This bill would allow school superintendents to initiate formal end-of-year evaluations of certified educators, such as teachers. It also requires that the results of those evaluations be shared with the local school board. Who it may affect: certified educators, school superintendents, and local school board members.
