AN ACT relating to campaign finance.

This bill would require that the city and state of people who donate to candidates running for the Kentucky General Assembly or statewide office be made available to the public online. Currently, this location information may not be easily accessible in that format. The change is meant to increase transparency around where campaign contributions are coming from.
