AN ACT relating to medicinal cannabis.

This bill would change how Kentucky's annual medicinal cannabis report is prepared by removing the requirement that the Cabinet for Health and Family Services work together with the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and the Kentucky Center for Cannabis when producing it. Currently, those three bodies must collaborate on the report; this bill would allow the Cabinet to compile it on its own.
