AN ACT relating to medical assistance.

This bill updates existing Kentucky law on medical assistance by replacing gendered terms with gender-neutral language. It is a technical language change and does not alter the underlying rules or benefits of the medical assistance program. Who it may affect: Kentuckians who receive or administer medical assistance benefits under the updated statute.
