AN ACT relating to the production of medical records.

This bill sets a minimum 14-day notice period before medical records must be produced in response to a legal subpoena. Currently, no such minimum timeframe is specified in the law. This change gives healthcare providers and patients more time to prepare when records are requested through the courts.
