AN ACT relating to key infrastructure assets and declaring an emergency.

This bill expands Kentucky's existing laws to protect key infrastructure by adding cable, telephone, and broadband facilities to the list of protected assets. It also makes it a crime to damage or unlawfully take possession of these facilities. The bill took effect immediately upon signing due to the emergency declaration.
