AN ACT relating to property rights to the use of an individual's image.

This bill would create a legal right for Kentuckians to control the use of images of their unclothed body. It sets rules for how that right can be transferred or given up, and creates a process for holding someone liable and seeking damages if that right is violated. Who it may affect: any Kentuckian whose intimate images are shared or used without their consent, as well as those who create, distribute, or store such images.
