AN ACT relating to sexual extortion.

This bill makes sexual extortion a felony crime in Kentucky and allows victims to sue their abusers in civil court. It also requires K-12 schools to notify students in fourth grade and above, along with all parents and guardians, about the crime, and requires both K-12 schools and colleges to display posters defining sexual extortion and listing resources for victims.
